Pros
Best culture I've been a part of at any company! Opportunities for growth due to rapidly growing company. Fully remote work is totally acceptable.
Cons
Rapid growth means wearing lots of hats, so priorities shift from day to day. Diversity could be improved considerably. It's not that the culture, management, or company doesn't support it, but it doesn't appear to be actively striving for greater diversity.
