      Pros

      When I first started working here, the company was small and humble. Provided a paid lunch and small snacks for the office.

      Cons

      Management is unreliable, hard to communicate with and dismissive. I was never given formal training or given any tools or opportunities for growth. Internal staff has some good eggs but the rest is a pot of drama. At first what seems like a big family soon turns into walking on eggshells.

      Hour paid lunch laid back environment flexible -ish hours Easy to leave work at work and have appropriate work life balance (given you don't have the on-call phone and there's no emergencies)

      Cons

      Not given tools to be successful - all information is in Google Sheets and requires multiple steps to accurately document and access info Lack of support from upper management not-sufficient pay No benefits or PTO for 90 days
