The employees were amazing. This was surprising considering management.
Cons
Management. The owner is a narcissistic ego maniac who will never acknowledge that good employees leave because of him. He has zero respect for his employees and feels like he is doing them a favour by employing them. He will never recognize that good employees are key to a company's success.
