      This company has nothing going for it.

      Cons

      Micro management, unhealthy work environment, vulgar use of language by department heads, low salary, crappy benefits. They paint a grand picture of the company, but beware, it is not as they describe. Rules do not apply the same to everyone, they pick and choose how, when, and to whom the rules will apply.

      It's local, the building is nice and the co-workers are nice to work with.

      Cons

      It doesn't matter how much you put in here. Many had been here for years, being loyal and model employees that any real company would be proud to have. You will waste your time and energy here. Don't bother investing in them as they certainly won't invest in you. "Here today, gone tomorrow". Management, meaning ALL MGT., HR, Corporate, Captive, Self Insured, Safety are all dirty in the way they treat you. It's almost cult-like. Look .
