Pros

Great family culture due to the size an the organization Very good work life balance

Cons

Not sure where to start with these.... Product They have one main product offering (CryptoSpike) which does not work and you spend your life being told empty promises around updates and new launches to the product take forever to come. I’m the time I was there they did not hit one promised deadline. The product is incredibly niche which means that deals are regularly lost as such a specific set of criteria need to be hit in order for a customer to be interested. It is also based on premise so you will spend your life losing opportunities just due to cloud migrations. Compensation/Targets In the time I was there I believe one AE across the US and UK hit their target - this is double fold with the targets being unrealistically high as well as the product being tough to sell. The company paid embarrassingly low commission across the company to its AEs. When I left there is a commission cap at ProLion which effects AEs from earning a top amount Management All managers are player managers so you get no assistance from management and are completely on your own. Team is so spread out you very rarely see each other. Training is extremely rare and usually not very relevant to your role Overall, if you are looking to earn within the next 2-3 years I would proceed with caution. Since I have left I have been far happier and have been achieving much higher results. I was made to feel I was the problem but from the number of people I am seeing leave I do not believe that is the case.

Pros

There are many opportunities for professional development, which is very beneficial for long-term career goals. We employees have the freedom to contribute and implement our own ideas. We are encouraged and supported by our team leader. The management has a high level of trust in the employees, which creates a positive working environment. Even if you make a mistake, you can learn from it and are not criticised. Regular training programmes help to constantly expand employees' skills and keep them up to date.

Cons

Sometimes too much freedom can lead to a lack of clear guidelines and structures. Even if we are allowed to try out many things, this can can lead to employees feeling overwhelmed if they take on too many new tasks at once.
