As a consulting organisation you it is a different role to being an internal employee for an organisation using Salesforce, and you are only working on the project for its lifecycle. When multiple projects are happening close together it can a busy and challenging time but the project management team are super supportive and and very conscious of keeping a good work-life balance despite this.

Lies, deceit, and screwing their customers out of every dime they can get. The last 11 months of my employment were absolute torture. The upper management had no idea how to manage people or projects. They are ex Java developers trying to tell functional consultants how to do their jobs. They were overly clinical in their critiques/feedback and were not constructive. When I'd ask "how can I do this better?" they didn't have a clear answer. The original CEO was a fabulous salesperson, but had no idea how to run a business (which is why he sold it). He was untrustworthy and overly emotional in his business decisions.
