He also tells you that he ran out of coffee mugs because he brought a box of 20 to a place where he employs 90+. You get emails telling you to reply to company functions like mandatory after hour drinking sessions (which promote drinking and driving). You have to reply to emails to tell them you are not attending. Overtime is discouraged. Comp time rarely gets comp'ed. As an employee, you have to write your own employee reviews because management has no clue what you do. Team Leads and Supervisors don't make any extra money for the work they have to do.
