Unlike most big companys in Spain, Proa group does invest in younger not-so-experienced people, training them and providing them with stable and an okay-paid job.
Cons
You won't normally get a promotion by merit but by having connections with people at the top. Toxic working environment mostly with the commercial management and zero visibility and recognition of your hard work.
