Working at Proactive For Her was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve had. The compensation is extremely low compared to the workload and expectations. The management is disorganized, unsupportive, and completely out of touch with employee well-being. There are no proper leave policies, and employees are expected to keep working without breaks, regardless of burnout. The workload is excessive and unrealistic, with no appreciation or fair recognition.
What makes it worse is the horrible management style – communication is poor, feedback is dismissive, and there is no genuine concern for staff mental health. Instead of fostering a healthy and respectful work environment, they operate in the most exploitative way possible.
If you value fair pay, respect, work-life balance, and good management, this is not the place for you.
