Pros
no pro, the company delayed salaries, did not deposit a guarantee fund and after ceasing operations it was necessary to go to court just to receive what was direct. It took me years to receive what I was entitled to.
Cons
The company deceived the government by investing the absurd amounts agreed upon and did not fulfill half of the services that should have been provided
