      you are as good as till you are working late or working without any demands or complaints

      Cons

      no growth career wise nor financially Hr plays dirty games at the time of appraisal first of all there will make you beg for it , no its like they will make you beg for everything you want senseless policies only to make money from resources money the only thing they have expertize is in deducting resources money they forget they dont have proper process ,proper planning nor proper IT infrastructure will haress you with respect to salary, monthly bonus if they dont need you eventually you have to quit

      Pros

      Ones in a year Outward Bound training program held at Nagpur. Everything else is worst.

      Cons

      Countless. 1. Huge variable pay is a part of CTC. 2. Yearly Bonus - forget about it. 3. Need to produce medical certificate if sick leave more than 2 days. 4. HR acts like they are project managers and keep poking their nose. 5. Suppose if you slog for late hours today for example till 11 pm, management expects us to be on time else, be ready to be marked half a day leave. 6. Cramped working environment but tidy. 7. One lavatory to be shared among 30+ employees. 8. No holiday on Holi and Dasera.

      Pros

      There is no Pros about the company apart from free Tea and coffee.

      Cons

      The company play with employee careers. They will huge show huge offers on papers while recruiting but at the end deduct all the payments with the policy of Performance Bonus and Yearly Bonus. They quick hire and quick fire employees with the intention of Use and throw. They make lots of sweet promises to convince but you fail to realize its a trap
