      Pros

      Very strong team culture across the global offices as well as local, everyone is very supportive. Proco provides a platform to really specialize in your industry and take ownership of your sector which was very attractive to me. Overall a great company to worth with .

      Cons

      This is a growing business so there can be some challenges however Proco is always open to feedback including anonymous forums to ensure employee's are heard and changes can be made.

      As I reach the 6-month mark, I’m still happy with my decision to join Proco Group. The company is moving in s good direction, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a brilliant global team.
