Pros
People here really are committed to the mission of the company and it's amazing working towards something together. Since it's a small group, it's great that everyone gets along so well which results in such great collaboration.
Cons
As with any small company, you can find yourself wearing many hats on the job that what your official title says but at this same time you'll know you'll never be bored!
