The pay is decent, though not if you compare to corporate consulting or even other nonprofit consulting
Cons
Terrible leadership! They are overconfident in the work they do and run the place with a very corporate, hierarchical mentality. They do not treat staff well. There was a whole linkedin article in 2023 about the racism and other forms of discrimination at the company

Cons
There's been a lot of turnover in the operations and administrative team. The top leadership seems disconnected and they keep bringing in consultants to do what should be done by employees. Very weak CEO and program leadership.
