Growth means work and sometimes that can mean tunnel vision.
Many on the team are were 2 or 3 different hats to get multiple jobs done which can mean some bottlenecking on getting answers sometimes.
You're always on, its up to you to set your own work boundaries. There's always something to do so you have to be vigilant in knowing YOUR time and not expect the company to always know for you.
Culture is still very good but as of late has become secondary.
