-High turnover rate (I've communicated with previous employees and they all say that the expectations are insane and people leave after a few months.)
-Low pay. (This is a good place as a stepping stone for better jobs. Work here for a year and don't expect much pay. Most people stay here for less than a year.)
-Not very innovative. (The company practices strategies and methods for web design and marketing worked 5-10 years ago. Not now.)
