The people in the actual office are great to work with.
Cons
The system they use is 10+ years out of date, constantly fails, and you're expected to be on call basically 24-7.

People in the office were very nice and engaging Somewhat organized in Agile processes. Benefits were decent
Cons
Long hours with expectations to always be on call. Their primary program was many, many years out of date requiring significant overhaul and constant attention.
