      Remote work is the only pros i see here.

      Cons

      Worst HR management!!! , Any new freshers trying to join here. Please don't ! Micro Management is at the core over here. You have to keep your slack status active throughout your work timings and if you are going for bathroom break then you have to update your slack status for the same. You can't login 1 min late during the working hours but you are expected to work and log out past/more than your working hours. You cannot take sick leaves , if you fall sick and want to take a day off then you have to mandatorily go to doctor and ask for his prescription and send the same back to HR. The leaves provided to you will get lapsed at the end of the year and you cannot encash or use the same next year. No hike will be given to any employee at any time. Management doesn't care about any employee they just want money from the product. Also when any employee is leaving ,they mandatorily ask the person to give positive feedback about the company. Many good feedbacks given here are pressurised one's.

      Not great at all

      * Great development team. * Extremely collaborative environment with a great opportunity to code in pair programming.

      Cons

      * Upper management likes to play the blame game when things go wrong. * Ambiguous work expectations with very less work-life balance. * No other benefits than salary and basic PF and gratuity. * Fake Glassdoor reviews.
