Product is great, and very easy to understand. Our team is integral to the business so loads of things to learn from different colleagues. Compensation is great and truly based on how much you contribute

If you're aged 17 to 20 with no experience, no responsibility and no life, it might be interesting to work here. Useful product

Cons

The business is run like a 'cult' No work/life balance Shockingly low salaries ( I mean it's almost slave labour) Illusion of potential commission Senior management are terrible at management There is a fundamental flaw in the business model that the management team haven't spotted - but it will come back to bite them
