Pros

Project management role is by design a role to resolve "chaos" usually. But here it seems like they created a platform that is techy and workflow driven. I always used 3rd party solutions at other companies and it was like having to jump between 5 different products. Here they have developed a lot of stuff on their own which is respectable. The work is good. Pays decent.

Cons

It took me a while to get trained on everything since everything they have developed in-house was new to me. Eventually you learn, but there is some learning curve.

The training process is clear, so you feel prepared before handling customers. The team culture is collaborative—everyone is willing to help out and share tips. I’ve learned a lot about cross-cultural communication and translation services, which keeps the job interesting. Management is approachable and open to feedback, and they genuinely care about both customer satisfaction. I also got performance based bonus about 50% of the time I worked there on my good months.

Cons

It can get fast-paced during peak seasons, but with the right mindset, it’s a great opportunity to sharpen time-management skills.
