      Pros

      Free membership for empty classes, flexible hours, great team.

      Cons

      The early hours, sometimes starting at 6am will take their toll eventually. We also had to move 18+ reformer beds during these shifts, and it seemed like a lot of manual labour for a job who's pay was below the London living wage.
