      Pros

      I cannot think of anything positive to put here(that isn't done or just done plainly better by other companies).

      Cons

      Toxic management, that more often than not redirects customers to yell at you rather than them. Horribly understaffed. Terribly underpaid. They probably get away with wage theft.
