Pros
From day one the training and coaching was excellent and elevated my performance with Pulse. I earner good comms while there and was part of a great culture. Being an specialist agency with inbound leads and online presence makes a big difference
Cons
Nothing major. Pulse is boutique so not the big agency career opps overseas

Great company culture, small team so great connection and team work, work from home 4 days a week, 1 day in the office, fun social events every quarter, very competitive commission structure, clear career progression, very supportive owner, home office set up, ongoing training, the company is definitely going places with the marketing strategy too
Cons
None for me really, the office is a bit far away but that's fine, and we are looking to move the office into the city centre soon anyway, very happy after 12 months here
