Where to start, honestly. It’s funny reading the reviews and seeing that the ones that are overly positive have all been written by higher management. Let’s start with HR: Puzzel has made me realize why people are always so unhappy with HR. You can’t bring up a confidential (!) issue without hearing from your manager only a few days later that they spoke with HR about the issue. It’s an absolute breach of confidentiality and creating an unsafe working environment. Until and including the CPO/CHRO. Secondly, the number of people that have been ‘friendly asked to leave’ over the last 2 years has been insanely high. From top management to lower management, if they decide they’re unhappy (for good or bad reasons), you’re out. Thirdly, there’s no growth opportunities. This is both on career development AND salary. It takes for you to hand in your resignation for management to offer you a raise/promotion/new position.
