      Flexible and great opportunities to learn

      Pros

      Projects are greatly varied and pose interesting challenges that mean I am learning and interacting with industry professionals regularly and increasing my expertise.

      Cons

      Rewards mechanisms are slightly off balance, that due to time schedule overlaps with project deadlines, you may be working with unpaid over time or not be recognized for various efforts properly.

      Good experience for Consultancy, great colleagues

      Pros

      Good people to work with, flexible, friendly working environment. Many opportunities to progress for consultancy staff. Good benefits and pay levels. Great multi-national working environment. Work hard and play hard! All staff are very committed to their roles.

      Cons

      Support staff are not valued as highly as the consultancy staff and that makes it difficult to maintain morale. All staff work really hard to make the company a success and it is a real shame when only a select few are recognised for this.

      Great people, chance to get very interesting projects

      Pros

      The coworkers are great and every now and then, or actually quite often, you find yourself in some very interesting projects. A lot of flexibility in working times and maintaining a work-life balance is quite easy.

      Cons

      Sometimes you feel stuck with same type of projects one after another and the salary is not very competitive at least on the lower levels. Quite a few of "normal" big company problems.
