Pros
Rare to find a place which balances social work and for profit work. Management is keen to ensure work life balance, gives opportunites and fun treats and books. Colleagues are fantastic, especially in the delivery team. I got work on many, many things with real clients.
Cons
Fast paced. Could do with some more learning and brainstorming time. There seems to be a preference for automating and building products which conflicts with my preference for human ethnography.

Pros
A truly global team, dispersed across Asia, Europe, and US. Many, many real life client projects. Educational sessions as part of Quilt University Data use makes you very hire-able outside Quilt :)
Cons
Would be nice to have some formal mentorship programs
