The company only focus on ML and cares about ML. If you are an ML engineer, you might actually learn a lot here.
Cons
The CEO promised a raise and didn't honor it, when I left for the exact reason, he told everyone in the company a lie about why I left and I heard from lots of employees that I was friend about. You are expected to work over hours without extra compensation. You are not getting the same perks as most of startups.
