very dishonest to the employees. I've been told few lies from the management. They offered me the Lead role with 20% increase in my salary which was very good. 2 weeks after I signed the documents, CEO announced 20% pay rise applies to all employees. HR played a nasty game with me. Second lie: we were on a crazy project with very tight deadline and management told us if you work overtime you'll get paid for it and also if you work on weekend you'll get double rate. after the project was done and we delivered the project successfully they didn't give me anything and they said that was part of your basic salary. I was so angry They're bunch on unprofessionals specially their team in Malta and Bulgaria
