1. On time salary 2.Colleagues are very friendly. 3. Onsite opportunity 4. Some leads are supportive (It depends) 5. WFH facility.
Cons
1.Micro management 2.Prioritise client satisfaction, than employees 3.No learning, won't get time to learn. 4.Losing skillful employees, becoz of management politics. 5. HR team supports only managers 6. Weekend support. 7. Very less hike than other companies, even if you're a top performer, will get only 2.5% hike. 8. Agreeing for Tight deadlines 9. Late logout timings (No allowances or Comp off for extra work & weekend support) > they will it's part of policy. 10. For no reason, there will threw employees out of company, by blaming there perfomance (Think about their family situation, before you release them, will be nightmare to them). 11. Diwali gift as chai Patti. 12. No welcome kit, only laptop will be delivered/collected from QK office. 13. No Rewards & Recognition from Management side.
