Salary paid on time. Professionalism is maintained with regards to work. The employees here seem to have a growth focused mindset. The company has good values
Cons
Low salary 6 days work (at least for young professionals in UAE even though the seniors at head office get an extra day off) Young employees especially freshers treated as office boys sometimes even though they are engineers(at least in the UAE office) Micro Management is there to some extent
