      Pros

      Some of the best reasons have already left the company. Once a "Best place to work in", this is no longer true.

      Multiple rounds of reorganisations, high attrition rate affecting employee morale.

      Decent benefits and good health coverage, interesting clients to work with

      Cons

      Product rollout is slow outside of HQ and maternity leave benefits are not good. Management across borders is not helpful for your developement
