      Good for freshman and prospective software engineers

      Cons

      1, no work life balance 2, Employer is not focused on quality. He just wants to get the job done 3, personal development based on your stack is discouraged , it has to be on company terms 4, renumeration is based on you being a software engineer, a project manager and data scientist all at once. Employer is not focused. 5, employer chooses your destiny in the company and not you.
