      Pros

      They have three types of projects ERP System Search engine American based And software services for local companies if you work in ERP and the Search engine you may gain a lot of experience

      Cons

      - Bad salaries, and they are not fair between people, there is a salary gap between the same rule - Bonus by the mood, and its very very bad - They work the last Saturday in the month I dont know why - You have to fight to take a vacation - there is no medical insurance - there is no social insurance, but don't surprises if you see they cut amount form your salary under name social insurance

      very very bad ☹️ management very bad environment there no benefit they lie about everything no clear vacation sometimes they steel you vacation no overtime and you will had to work more than 8houre without money no planing for any thing no clear task and very bad ☹️ analysis
