1. No work life balance, it'll be very difficult to get time off for yourself. As you will be asked to slog on weekends also. 2. No matter which domain you choose( coding, marketing, hr, intern), you will be made to do campaigns for the company at different places/companies/roads/malls/apartments , and beg for the app downloads. 3. Your creativity and ideas will never be appreciated, so think twice before you even think of joining Quick ride. 4. The last and most important, salary! You will be paid very very basic salary. Even security guards get more salary than what you will get here. 5. The boss here, well this gentleman is a genius. No denying that. But he doesn't want you to work normally, he'll burden you with so many tasks that you will not find time to even look at your colleagues and wish them GOOD MORNING, yeah! I know! Pathetic work life balance. The boss here will never see you as an employee, but a machine. 6. Don't expect to get trained on any domain you join here, you will be given work right from day 1! These are all honestly mentioned pros and cons. I ve given you an insight into the company, joining here is upto you.
