Cons
Generally, the biggest cons are management staff, there is a lot of pressure on the sales team to achieve more and more without much consideration that they are already overworked and overstressed with other tasks and the understaffing issue. The office team leader delegates a lot of his work to his staff which adds to the pressure and the moment you try to dispute the extra work it gets fed back to the senior management and then is turned against you.
