Easy to communicate with HR, very honest and direct communications
12 hr shifts full time, so i only work 3 days one week and 4 days 2nd week, this give me alot of free time to do other activities
Cons
A lot of paperwork to fill for jobs and tasks because they are SQF Certified, but mostly we enter info directly into a computer, so that goes pretty fast.
