      Employee oriented culture and promots work life balance employees have Freedom to learn, explore & grow in organisation Founders are humble and approachable, Also when you need guidance they always suggests you the right path. So you feel very comfortable working in the company. Their is no micro management at all and everyone is given work according to their capabilities

      Cons

      R for rabbit is mid level startup firm and growing at a very fast pace, So If one is not able to cope up with the pace of work then they might finds many cons but if you want to grow and learn then this is the best place.
