I was recruited through eLitmus as a Software Developer but was put on a testing job for 1 month and then I was moved as a developer into company's internal project called ERP/Vault which uses very old .Net MVC version and technology. The pressure in this project was unimaginable and intolerable for a fresher like me. The team leads of the company, especially of Vault/ERP project from Slovakia are very very Rude. They shout at you and all the juniors in the scrum which happens daily, even if there is very small/no mistake from your side. (I was shouted for 30 minutes for using inline styling instead of using existing class) There will be a performance review in which your Team Lead will rate you every month which will add an extra load of pressure over the existing. Moreover, English of many Slovakian team leads are never clear and understandable. (You will not be able to understand their English, and they doesn't understand yours) After a month or so, I and few other freshers were again moved to testing team because of the reason that our performance was bad in development. Then I had to quit this company.

Management is very poor. Salary will not be credited until and unless you asked to the management. They are biased towards some employees. No job security. They can fire you any time without a valid reason.
