      Raxo is a beautiful company to work at! It's an evolving space with room for everyone that wants to grow. There are plenty of opportunities and the work energy among the members of the team is awesome. There is always someone to help and the team is constantly learning new ways to apply creative and innovative ideas.

      Pros

      Leadership genuinely cares about it's employees; they go out of their way to support any member of the team - whether you've worked there one day or five years. Growth: the client roster, the team, and the company culture has grown so much over the years. We've moved from small offices to bigger ones, leadership has given us additional benefits as was requested by team members, and awards commitment, dedication and hardwork.

      Cons

      The company is growing so quickly that new employees are being hires almost every week - it's a little tough to get to know your new team members across various teams (but this is really just COVID). Things will certainly change here once we move back full time into the office.

      Raxo has a very welcoming community as an agency, it gives you the opportunity to grow as a professional and makes you feel a part of the team from the first moment you start working with them.

      Cons

      Sometimes they tend to have tight deadlines which leave no room for applying the proper processes (at least in terms of development).

      Pros

      My team overall was extremely kind, fun, smart, and creative. Interesting perks like chef-prepared lunches and reiki sessions.

      Cons

      Leadership flip-flopped, leaving teams confused and directionless. The environment felt unstable, and employees were cut ruthlessly. Leadership and HR was very cold.
