      Unexpected number of individualists in the company

      Pros

      Decent pay. Nothing else except good exposure to office politics and choas. One will need to learn how to get things done amidst of all the upper management's lack of cohesiveness.

      Cons

      Full of individualists in the company who do not perform in the interest of the company. KPIs between sites do not complement.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere among colleagues and exposure to different projects. The management in my department was open and professional. Salary reflected the skill set and working hours flexibility depended on the client involved with the project.

      Cons

      Sometimes the projects were not interesting.
