Great Opportunity for Growth, Poor Internal Management
Pros
I had the opportunity to learn a lot about the creative production world/agency world - it was my first experience there and there were some really cool projects. There were some smart people on the team and some very creative minds that always found a way to get the job done.
Cons
No onboarding of any sort - which is tough if you are not familiar with the field. Lean, overworked staff - during busy season some team members worked (unpaid) weekends - one team member worked a full month straight with no weekends off. Drinking started in the am on this team and there was a strong alcohol culture - if you didn't want to get drunk you were pressured or frowned upon. HIGH turnover - one of the highest I've ever seen, it felt like someone was getting fired every week.
