      Some intelligent colleagues who are helpful

      The company is poorly managed by individuals some of who owe their positions to family connections rather than merit. Leadership openly shares racist and Islamophobic views on social media, despite employing Muslim staff. There is a clear lack of trust in employees. Staff are subjected to constant monitoring and excessive workloads, creating a toxic and unsustainable environment.
