Pros
Great diverse colleagues and down-to-earth (but not modern) Nordic culture Great office space Many social activities organized by the employees Free snacks and sodas
Cons
The management lacks a clear strategy and seems to change it every 6 months. Autonomy, respect, and trust is not often exercised, which for me had a significant impact on my job satisfaction. A clear example of this is micro-management and overruling decisions. The company does not encourage to work-from-home.
