None. It may be an ok place to start and get your feet wet in a mess of a dealership. So you are ready for a well ran ship.
Cons
Management from the top down is failing, from all aspects. No direction, goals or actual management. Organization does not exist. No room for promotion. No lunch break. No dispatcher. No Team effort. Every day is just to survive and hope a quarter goes smoothly. Lowered pay scale without knowing. The list could go on with a very poor place to work. Avoid for your mental health.

Only place I've ever been where all the departments work together smoothly
Cons
And the reason for that is because everyone lives in fear of dealing with the managing partner of that store.
