Worst experience of my life They manage to get projects from international clients, very dangerous internal politics, people try their best to hamper your work. I being a developer, code was being deleted as soon as I updated seniors that I had finished my task. In terms of their commitment, they initially pay you a very little amount, even call center persons would get better pay. They give commitment that after 3 months we would increase your salary and make you go through things like srambling your work by deleting code by accessing the deployed servers and after 3 months they tell you to leave the company. It's like piercing a knife in back by giving you false hopes. Please do not go to places like this, it's better to not have a job.

Pros
Good friendly environment, Supportive Bosses, Always listen to your suggestions. Get time to learn new technologies. Flexible timings if you complete your tasks in time. Overall very good company for freshers if one is willing to learn things on his own.
Cons
The company is in the startup phase, so overall infrastructure not up to the mark. Lack of experienced developers(Android), so cannot really learn from anyone. Have to learn on your own.
