The developers are great Mature processes Lots of time allocated to Engineering tasks (like refactor, features to help us, testing, etc).

Cons

-No retention program -Executive Orders with impossible deadlines for no good reason other that management whim (no customer driving said endeavor). -Roll back good practices to standardize with head office (why not improve their processes instead?) -Extremely difficult to hire good candidates with a very aggressive recruitment checklist
