Pros

Friendly Environment, Dinner, Transportation service

Cons

The HR is one of the illiterate HR ever seen. Poor Management.. Don’t have enough guts to stand for company’s employees betterment in front of the Client. If someone raise voice against any wrong decision of Management, they technically sack them from the office, so that no one can blame them. Even the Director have no corporate skill except from this company. The most important, if you work in any company for 1 year or more.. you’ll get an increment from that company but this stupid Management tell everyone that employees will get that after 2 years. I mean seriously??? In this Era where living cost is getting high day by day & everyone works hard to get a increment but these idiotic management give only 10% increase which is very low.

Pros

Pros: 1. Good salary for freshers. 2. Nice place to learn more about the USA-based clients. 3. Drop off service. 4. There are a few people who actually want to help. 5. Slight possibility of earning extra by working on strike and other projects.

Cons

Cons: The number of cons are so high that I cannot even stop writing about it but here are a few facts. 1. The management of the company is very poor. 2. I knew one manager who was very ethical, very knowledgeable, very kind-hearted, and actually knew what he's doing. However the company was not kind to him nor some of the managers and the authorities treated him right, which is why he needed to resign. 3. There is a female manager who is very senior but has the worst temper and doesn't know anything. She is the queen of office politics and the worst manager you will ever encounter. She is the main reason why most of the team members from the Travel department are leaving. 4. The office politics in this office is the worst. There is another senior manager, basically, he is the only senior manager, who is manipulating the Director to do anything he wants and is one of the main reasons why the other supervisors and managers are not able to operate their team properly. 5. The company will treat you as trash and doesn't value its employees. 6. The director's mindset has changed drastically. When I joined, he was someone who was very optimistic and tried to value the employees but currently, he is very arrogant and if any employee wants to leave, he says he doesn't care who leaves or who stays and doesn't event want to find out the actual reason of employee retention. 6. The authority mainly promotes only those persons who are actually close to the senior manager or director or the female manager as they are the only ones who are really playing with the company policies. Deserving ones don't get the opportunity to get promoted or shine.

Pros

The only thing is good of this company is the Salary Frequency. It never gets Delayed.

Cons

1. Management is Biased towards those who likes to sugercoat the management. 2. They don't have any KPI System. So, if you worked hard and give the best code to them, YOU WON'T GET ANYTHING. NOT EVEN APPRICIETED / RECOGNISED. If your team is average, then you're average too. 3. If you spend time to impress the management rather than code you'll get promoted and valued. Else, better coding, learning new things, better performance won't get you anywhere, probably devalued and insulted . 4. Their HR's are the WORST. They continuously tries to reduce costs from anywhere they could find. The food was good before they took over the management. Now, if any person eats what they are offering from office as "LUNCH" / "Dinner" for more than 3-4 days, you will definitely get SICK. You better have Health insurance before joining here. And, The food they give to the employees, they themselves don't eat that. haha... 5. As a developer, you will need to update your LinkedIn and portfolio. THEY WON'T ALLOW THAT. They will tell everything that you are working is their property, that's fine due to HIPAA protocol. But, you can't even add the names of the USA Companies into your portfolio. They will force you to remove that. They will tell you, you are working for Radiant not the USA companies. - But, when the USA companies will end the contract, YOU WILL GET FIRED. Not so working for RADIANT? IS IT? 6. They will not allow you for personal growth like Master's or other certifications. You can't practice your coding skills there on your free time. Everything is blocked - Youtube, coursera, Udemy. No software will be installed upon your request. 7. They are hiring Educated Labors for their other contracts like Credentialing Project. That's fine. But, YOU WILL BE TREATED AS A LABOR TOO. EXTREME WORKING HOURS, Illogical HRM Systems. They don't have any idea how to deal, manage and work with Developers on Technical Software Development and Data related Technical projects. They just want MONEY, and reduce cost. Guess what their Daily budget for snacks is 3TK Per Person. Some Garments in BD have better facility for employees rather than this company. Your value will be same as a Data Entry assistant as a software developer, reason?: You both type into computers, right. It's the same thing for management. 8. They will say you will get provident funds after 2 years. But, after you leave the company, the HR's will surely find a way to cancel your provident funds ANYHOW. NOT A SINGLE PERSON GOT THEIR PROVIDIENT FUNDS AFTER THEY LEFT. Investigate that and you'll find the truth. This fund is only for the management individuals for their Retirements. That's all. 9. Last and WORST. You won't see this data anywhere. Rating is manipulated from every platform. They are forcing their employees to give positive ratings from everywhere. Like, managers will come and tell you to give ratings in front of them and won't leave until you do so. 10. If you are a good coder, hard worker and wanna get valued fairly and honestly by work. This company is not you buddy.
