Pros
- staff are genuinely decent people who mean well. - good atmosphere in your own departments. - company are very approachable - in-house talent are encouraged to progress (opportunities slightly limited only due to openings and lack of work for the company).
Cons
- standard of work projects are very low grade and cheap TV. - due to constant redundancies remaining staff are very over worked. - separation of departments that don’t blend very well together causing an over familiarity where junior staff can say what they like to more senior staff. - you are often made promises that a year later still have not been fulfilled. - no pay rises in my time at the company and no over time gets paid.
