They love to hire & groom foreigners especially those pinoys,up to 80% of their staff are from there.When you work there, you might think that you had entered into a pinoy work place as all they speak in is Tagalog! Even though they want you to speak in English when you are with your gang of friends, why can't they do the same? Work environment is very toxic in this work place as people here just likes to gossip about others' businesses. Even though you may have shared with your immediate boss while expecting him/her to keep a secret,however the next thing you knw is that people are already talking about the thing that you shared with your boss. Where is the confidentiality in this place or rather does it ever exist? There's no pay date per say as you just have to 'guess' when they will be paying you, plus the payslips seldom comes as you don't knw who you can approach to ask for it. Your seniors will tell you that you just have to 'wait' for the HR ppl to give you the payslip' someday'. Work env

Centrally located and near MRT

Cons

Underpaid while holding bachelor degree plus prior work experience. Management has high demands yet are unwilling to provide resources to allow you to meet those demands. Terrible working environment (too small and cramped) and too hot and stuffy when the air con breaks down. Incompetent seniors handover tasks to juniors. Working out of your job scope translates to "Just meeting expectations" on appraisals. No overtime pay.
