Pros
Good management and culture make Rahi SG an attractive workplace for me. Employees are given freedom to bring in their working style and share what we believe in. If you are an individual who is able to perform on his or her own, without much hand-holding, than this is the right place.
Cons
You are often required to reach out of your job scope and work on other activities. Some might take this as a con but I feel it is a strong point as it gives you the opportunity to explore and understand the whole process rather than just being a frog in a well.
